Engineering Services

Our state of the art engineering department is available to assist you with the engineered wood products (roof trusses, open web floor trusses, I-Joist’s, Trimjoist’s, Glulam beams, LVL’s, Parallam’s and Timberstrand beams) being used in the construction of your project.
A material list for the construction of your project can be generated for you using our premium estimating software which is linked directly into our Point of Sale system allowing us to instantly produce an accurately priced estimate for the material list developed from your plans.

With over 29 years experience in the building materials and construction arena, our on-site estimator, beam and engineered floor system designer is available to assist you with your estimating needs.  To aid in the proper construction of the floor system a color coded layout is provided with each design.  Installation instructions can be in Spanish if required.

Plan copying services are available for you by either bringing in a copy of your plans or sending them via an email attachment in .pdf file format to

If you would like a permanent copy of your plans we can scan and burn them to a CD.
